Estimated Delivery Time :
After the order confirmation, the products will be dispatched in the next 4-10 working days. The estimate delivery time, after dispatch is as follow :
Southern India : 2-3 working days from dispatch day
Northern India : 2-4 working days from dispatch day
Dispatch Details :
After the product dispatch, you will be provided with the shipment details of your order, for easy tracking of the shipment and to ensure that you are available at the given address to receive the shipment when it is delivered. Dterracotta Jewellery is not responsible if the shipment is returned, due to unavailability of recipient at the address.

We ensure that the products are packed well, to avoid any form of damage.
Cancellation:
If the order is not dispatched, it can be cancelled, and we will refund the total amount or replace the order. However, order once dispatched cannot be cancelled.
Returns :
No returns except in case of damaged product received.
Due to transportation/product handling, if the product is found damaged when received, please mail us at [email protected], with the pictures of the damage and the product, within 24 hours of the products received. We will ensure that you receive a replacement only no refunding.The decision in such cases will be at the sole discretion of Dterracotta Jewellery.
