Cancellation:
If the order is not dispatched, it can be cancelled, and we will refund the total amount or replace the order. However, order once dispatched cannot be cancelled.
Refunds
No returns except in case of damaged product received.
Shipping returns
Due to transportation/product handling, if the product is found damaged when received, please mail us at [email protected], with the pictures of the damage and the product, within 24 hours of the products received.
We will ensure that you receive a replacement only no refunding. The decision in such cases will be at the sole discretion of Dterracotta jewellery
